fusion\nDevelop agentic workflows with a focus on robustness and maintainability\nContribute to experimentation, evaluation, and AI quality frameworks\nSupport fine-tuning, instruction tuning, and model optimisation initiatives\nMentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practices\n Key Requirements:\nStrong Python engineering experience\nCommercial experience building production-grade AI/ML systems\nHands-on experience with RAG architectures and LLM workflows\nExperience with LangChain, LangGraph, and/or Llama Index\nUnderstanding of evaluation methodologies for
