You will build the operating system of the company: hiring ops, finance/admin, legal/vendors, tools, office, and the glue that lets GTM and engineering move faster. There is no ops team and no playbook. You'll write it.\nWhat you'll do\nRun recruiting ops end to end (pipeline, scheduling, offers, onboarding)\nOwn finance and admin: billing, vendors, payroll coordination, contracts\nSet up and keep internal tools actually working (Slack, Google, customer systems)\nMake SF office and in-person operations work\nSpot process holes before they become founder time sinks\nYou might be a fit if you've\nRun ops, chief of staff, or founding-ops at a real startup (not campus clubs)\nGraduated and already held a real job. This is not a first-job seat.\nAre high-agency, detail-obsessed, and fine with incomplete information\nAre in San Francisco or will relocate.
