You are responsible for securing AI systems, Generative AI solutions, LLM-based workflows, AI-powered tools, and the integration of external AI services. Acting as the central point of contact for AI Security, you define security standards, conduct architecture and risk assessments, and develop technical and organizational safeguards to mitigate risks. You also drive the automation of security controls and governance processes while supporting teams across the business in the secure and compliant use of AI technologies.\nYour mission\nYou advise on and assess internally developed and externally sourced AI systems, Generative AI applications, LLM-based workflows, and agentic AI solutions from a security perspective\nYou conduct AI threat modeling, risk assessments, security reviews, and architecture assessments for software, cloud, and AI environments\nYou develop and implement Secure AI-by-Design and Security-by-Default principles and define security requirements for AI-powered systems\nYou identify and assess risks such as prompt injection, jailbreaking, data leakage, model poisoning, adversarial attacks, and insecure agent integrations, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies\nYou perform AI red teaming, technical security assessments, and reviews to strengthen the security of LLM platforms, agentic AI solutions, and AI service integrations\nYou build automated security controls and integrate AI security checks into DevSecOps, CI/CD, and MLOps processes\nYou establish monitoring and detection capabilities for AI applications and collaborate with Security Operations teams to investigate security events and abuse patterns\nYou advise engineering, product, and business teams on the secure use of AI and support the rollout of new AI solutions through training, standards, and best practices\nYour experience & skills\nYou hold a degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, or a comparable qualification\nYou have several years of experience in Security Engineering, Application Security, Cloud Security, or a related Cyber Security field\nYou have hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), modern AI platforms, and cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud\nYou have experience with threat modeling, security assessments, architecture reviews, and modern DevSecOps, CI/CD, or MLOps practices\nKnowledge of AI security frameworks and standards such as the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications, MITRE ATLAS, NIST AI RMF, or similar approaches is a plus\nIdeally, you have experience with AI Red Teaming, RAG architectures, vector databases, agentic AI concepts, or regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIS2, and the EU AI Act\nYou combine strong analytical thinking and a security-first mindset with a structured and solution-oriented approach to work\nYou are an effective communicator who can explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nYou are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken\nWhy choose us?\nBeing part of our team means joining a high-performing company with a diverse and inclusive culture.
