Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:\nManage with and through associates to deliver an exceptional guest experience by overseeing pre-visit communications, onsite interactions, and post-visit follow-ups.\nAcquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products and services, including technology, lessons, leagues, memberships, as well as spirits, beer, wine, and food and beverage offerings. Use this expertise to confidently sell and cross-sell across various offerings.\nServe as the in-house expert on our golf simulator technology, using your expertise to ensure guests have the best possible experience, while connecting guests with other offerings such as leagues, memberships, swing evaluations, and club fittings.\nOversee the sales, execution, and management of Five Iron Golf leagues and one-off tournaments throughout the year (Fall, Winter, and Summer seasons).\nBuild relationships within the community, foster loyalty with customers, and encourage repeat business through proactive engagement.\nHandle essential administrative tasks related to sales transactions and customer service inquiries.\nCollaborate effectively with team members to align efforts and achieve business goals.\nTake pride and ownership of each Guest’s enjoyment and fun at Five Iron Golf, ensuring guest satisfaction and engagement at all times.\nFollow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling, alcohol service, and cleanliness\nVerify guests' legal drinking age\nAssist with closing duties as needed\nRequired Qualifications:\nStrong leadership ability with a willingness to lead by example.\nExemplary communication, time management, and organizational skills.\nUpbeat energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.\nAbility to think on your feet and manage customer expectations.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with a team.\nAvailability to be present in the space on evenings, weekends, and holidays.\nAbility to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time, and maneuver up and down stairs.\nAbility to obtain proper licensing and certifications for the location.\nBenefits (*applies only to full-time employees):\nHealth, Dental, and Vision insurance*\nShort-Term Disability*\nAccident and Critical Illness Insurance*\n401(k) *\nMeals while working are included for free\nPay: $55k base + potential commissions of up to $25k ($80k Expected Earnings)\nJob Type: Exempt, Full Time\nFive Iron Golf is committed to celebrating diversity and creating an inclusive environment for employees of all backgrounds.
