The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful event planning and execution, excellent leadership and team management skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry and related markets.\nJob Responsibilities:\n- Assist in the development and implementation of an all-inclusive event programming strategy that is consistent with the company's objectives and brand.\n- Provide guidance, direction, and support to ensure that all events are executed to a high standard of quality and professionalism\n- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and editorial teams, to determine topics, panel discussions and develop event concepts and themes that align with the company's brand and business goals\n- Identify and secure speakers for various engagements such as panels, keynote addresses, and video appearances.
