The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UI/UX design, hands-on front-end development, and experience designing or building AI/GenAI-powered products and experiences. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to transform complex workflows and AI capabilities into intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly experiences.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design and build intuitive, responsive, and high-quality web/mobile user experiences.\n\n- Translate user requirements, product flows, and wireframes into production-ready interfaces.\n\n- Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, interaction designs, and high-fidelity UI designs.\n\n- Develop front-end interfaces using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js or equivalent.\n\n- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, AI/ML teams, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.\n\n- Design UX patterns for AI-powered features, including AI assistants, chat interfaces, recommendations, automation, copilots, agentic workflows, and AI-generated outputs.\n\n- Convert complex AI/ML functionality into simple and understandable user experiences.\n\n- Build reusable design systems, UI components, and front-end patterns.\n\n- Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into product improvements.\n\n- Ensure designs meet standards for accessibility, responsiveness, usability, and performance.\n\n- Use AI-powered design and development tools to improve design exploration, prototyping, and development efficiency.\n\n- Stay updated with emerging AI UX patterns, design tools, front-end technologies, and interaction trends.\n\nMust-Have Skills : \n\n- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, UX Engineering, Product Design Engineering, or a closely related role.\n\n- Strong combination of UI/UX design + front-end development skills.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Figma and modern prototyping/design tools.\n\n- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.\n\n- Experience with React.js or another modern front-end framework.\n\n- Strong understanding of responsive design, interaction design, usability, and design systems.\n\n- Proven experience working on AI/GenAI-powered products or features.\n\n- Understanding of AI UX concepts such as conversational interfaces, AI copilots, RAG-based experiences, AI agents, prompt-driven workflows, and human-in-the-loop interactions.\n\n- Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical constraints.\n\n- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.\n\nGood to Have : \n\n- Experience with LLM/GenAI products, AI agents, RAG, or conversational AI.\n\n- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Figma AI, Cursor, or similar tools.\n\n- Knowledge of design-to-code workflows.\n\n- Experience building or contributing to design systems/component libraries.\n\n- Familiarity with APIs and integrating front-end applications with AI/backend services.\n\n- Experience in a SaaS, startup, product, or technology environment.\n\n- Basic understanding of usability analytics and experimentation/A-B testing.\n\nWhat We're Looking For : \n\n- A strong hands-on UI/UX Engineer, not purely a UI designer or purely a front-end developer.\n\n- Someone who can take a product problem from user flow -
