Rooted in authenticity, sustainability, and meaningful human connection, The Rooster offers a refined yet soulful guest experience.\nWe are seeking to recruit for Season 2027 passionate, hardworking, guest-focused, and enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to delivering thoughtful, personalized services.\nThe Pre-Arrival Concierge Coordinator will support our guests by ensuring that every detail of their stay is arranged prior to arrival. Your contribution will be essential in delivering a seamless and personalised experience that reflects our philosophy.\nThe role will report to the Reservations & Sales Manager, will be based in Athens and may require travelling occasionally to Antiparos island per business needs\nTo be successful in this role you will have:\n· Manage all pre-arrival communication and arrangements for guests\n- Coordinate dining reservations, transportation, activities and internal resort reservations.\n· Ensure all guest profiles, preferences, special requests and special occasions are updated accurately in Opera PMS.\n· Αnticipate guest needs and prepare tailored itineraries before arrival.\n· Provide accurate information about resort facilities, services, and experiences.\n· Support and collaborate with the Front Office, Food & Beverage, Culinary and HOH teams based in Antiparos\n· Handle guest enquiries with professionalism and discretion.\n- Support the Front Office and Concierge team at Antiparos in delivering exceptional guest experiences\n· Promote the property's services and experiences, including transfers, private dining, excursions, spa treatments, and other available services.Address guest feedback promptly and escalate when necessary.\nRequirements\nDegree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field \nA minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Front Office, Concierge, or Reservations role within a luxury hospitality environment\nFluency / excellence in English (spoken and written)\nKnowledge of additional languages (e.g. Greek, French, Italian, German, Spanish) is a strong advantage\nKnowledge of OPERA PMS is preferable\nProficiency in MS Office applications\nAvailability to work on shifts and weekends\nExperience in personalized guest services and concierge operations\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nTeam player, solution-oriented, proactive, and
