Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
• Connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, and explain products/services effectively.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and relevant product/service information.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing, operations, and other internal teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
• Track competitor activities and market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / Business Development / B2B Sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Good lead conversion and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales goals.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and basic sales reporting.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
