As Store Manager, you’ll drive sales, inspire your team, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience, all while helping us raise vital funds to support Australians in need.\nReporting to the Area Manager, this is a permanent, full-time role located in Burpengary, QLD.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead store operations and achieve sales and surplus targets. \nManage stock flow, pricing and visual merchandising according to Salvos Stores' standards and values. \nInspire, train and develop a passionate team of employees and volunteers. \nKeep budgets on track and manage rosters and wage costs to keep the store running efficiently. \nBuild strong community connections with local groups and partners. \nAbout You:\nRetail management experience (essential). \nStrong proven customer service, interpersonal and communication skills (essential) \nDemonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and engage people. \nAbility to work to budgets and manage operational priorities. \nExperience using Workday HCM system (highly regarded). \nAlignment with The Salvation Army Mission and Values of integrity, respect, compassion, collaboration, and diversity. \nThe Benefits:\nWe are more than retail.
