This position will focus on attracting top talent to the organization, ensuring a world-class candidate experience, and advising internal teams on Talent Acquisition strategy and best practices. \nThe Recruiter is an articulate professional and excels in a fast-paced, agile, corporate environment. This role demands a combination of administrative skills, unwavering follow-through, excellent communication, and applied critical thinking skills. \nYour Responsibilities \nIdentify hiring needs and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to clarify position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. \nOwn full-cycle recruiting for our Chicago headquarters, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent for corporate roles in marketing, sales, investment, finance, accounting, asset management, and various other functions. \nPost job ads, source talent, select and coordinate interviews with qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and guide hiring managers and candidates throughout the interview process through offer extension. \nAssist with proactively driving active and passive candidate pipelines, including organizing and managing CRM. \nBuild professional rapport with hiring managers and develop effective relationships within the organization and external workforce to positively influence Scion’s talent acquisition and development efforts. \nAdvise and support all teams with recruitment and related best practices. \nAdvocate for company value proposition to attract, engage, and retain key talent; Equally advocate for the candidate experience and perception. \nIdentify, recommend, and implement operational improvements to streamline recruitment processes, gather metrics, and increase efficiency. \nAssist with employee referral management. \nAssist with developing and updating job descriptions and offer letters. \nAssist with defining and documenting standardized internal recruitment practices, processes and procedures. \nParticipate in training practices and provide training to other teams as required. \nStay current on the company’s organizational structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices. \nThe responsibilities listed above may not be all inclusive. \nWhat We Require \nCollege graduate and 3+ years of recruiting experience is required, preferably a combination of agency and in-house. \nWell-developed written and verbal communication skills with an appropriate sense of audience. \nProficient in Microsoft Office suite. \nFamiliarity with general recruitment mediums and ATS systems is preferred; experience with Greenhouse and UKG is a plus. \nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills; Attention to detail. \nPrioritizes effectively and meets deadlines. \nOperational Details \nJoblocationisbased at Scion’s Chicago corporate headquarters. \nWorking hours consist of standard daytime business hours. \nYour Benefits \nDiscretionary annual bonus \nPaid Time Off \nHealth Insurance \nDentalInsurance \nVisionInsurance \n401k Matching \nPaid MaternalLeave \nParental Leave \nLearning reimbursement opportunities \nThe Scion Group LLC provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, religion, creed, national origin, color, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, physical or mental disability (as long as the employee/applicant is otherwise qualified for the job with or without a reasonable accommodation), genetic information, HIV/AIDS status, marital status, uniformed service, veteran status, pregnancy or other legally protected status or category under federal or state law. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
