Candidates who are located within 50 miles of our West Bend office location will work a hybrid schedule for collaboration days, team meetings or other in-person events. External applications will be accepted on a rolling basis while the position remains open.\nResponsibilities & Qualifications\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs across departments to support long-term organizational goals.\nPartner with executive leadership to define program objectives, KPIs, and success metrics.\nDevelop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, and status reports.\nIdentify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure program alignment with broader business goals.\nFacilitate effective cross-functional collaboration, ensuring transparency and accountability among all stakeholders.\nCoordinate with business units, technology teams, and external partners to drive project success.\nResolve cross-functional issues, clarify dependencies, and eliminate bottlenecks.\nDrive continuous improvement by analyzing program performance and implementing process enhancements.\nPrepare and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and updates on program progress and outcomes.\nManage program budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships as needed.\nTracking program performance, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjusting as needed. \nHelping to manage organizational changes associated with programs. \nPreferred Experience and Skills\n7+ years of experience in program management, process improvement, strategic planning, and business operations. \nKnowledge of P&C insurance systems and products preferred.\nProven track record of managing large, complex, and cross-functional programs, including planning, execution, and monitoring. \nAnalytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.\nWritten and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. \nDemonstrated ability to successfully lead projects with proficiency in the use of agile program management methodologies and tools.\nAbility to lead and motivate teams, provide guidance, and foster collaboration. \nComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.\nAbility to interact with business and technical resources for problem resolution purposes. \nAble to maintain a high degree of customer / client / sponsor satisfaction while also maintaining necessary project controls.\nPreferred Education and Training\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field \nMaster’s or similar advanced degree preferred \nPMP, PgMP, or similar project/program management certification is a plus.\nSalary Statement\nThe salary range for this position is $109,432-$136,790\nThe actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
