This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in policy servicing while providing guidance and support to Underwriting Technicians and team leads.\nWork Location\nThis position offers a hybrid work schedule after training. Candidates who are located within 50 miles of a West Bend office location will work a hybrid schedule for collaboration days, team meetings or other in-person events. The position will be based in West Bend, WI.\nExternal applications will be accepted on a rolling basis while the position remains open.\nResponsibilities & Qualifications\nKey Responsibilities\nDirect and support Underwriting Technicians and team leads in completing policy service tasks.\nMonitor daily workflows to ensure adherence to quality and service standards.\nAssist in identifying training needs and deliver hands-on training for team members.\nProvide coaching and feedback to improve individual and team performance.\nImplement established workflows and suggest improvements for efficiency.\nCoordinate with IT and Product Development teams on automation issues as directed by the manager.\nTrack productivity and quality metrics; report results to the Policy Services Manager.\nConduct performance evaluations and recommend personnel actions such as promotions or salary adjustments.\nParticipate in hiring and onboarding of new team members.\nEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures.\nPreferred Experience and Skills\n5 years underwriting processing experience\n1 year of leadership experience\nInterpersonal skills\nKnowledge of personal computers\nOral and written communication skills\nSupervisory and mentoring skills\nPreferred Education and Training\nBachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business or related field\nAssociate in General Insurance designation\nINDSP\nSalary Statement\nThe salary range for this position is $$61,549.00 - $76,936.00 Yr.\nThe actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
