From day one, interns are empowered to make meaningful contributions and participate in professional development programming designed to prepare them for future success.\nJob Summary\nThe Customer Experience Intern supports West Bend's Customer Experience team by analyzing customer feedback, policy data, and digital experience insights to help improve policyholder and agent experiences. This role assists with Voice of Customer (VoC) reporting, customer journey measurement, customer experience initiatives, and data storytelling. The intern will gain hands-on experience using survey platforms, Power BI, Databricks, and Google Analytics to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and transform data into actionable insights that support customer-focused business decisions.\nWork Location\nThis position is an in-office role located in West Bend, WI. No remote opportunities for this position are available at this time.\nResponsibilities & Qualifications\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist in collecting, preparing, and analyzing customer feedback, policy data, and web analytics.\nBuild and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and Databricks to support customer experience initiatives.\nIdentify trends and opportunities within customer data and help translate findings into actionable business recommendations.\nSupport the development and maintenance of customer personas, and journeys maps.\nAssist with monitoring and evaluating policyholder and agent portal digital experience performance.\nSupport Voice of Customer programs through survey creation, administration, and insight generation.\nPartner with Customer Experience Specialists and business teams on projects focused on improving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and ease of doing business.\nContribute to presentations and communications that help leaders understand customer needs and business opportunities.\nPreferred Experience and Skills\nAbility to analyze data and communicate findings through storytelling and presentations.\nWritten and verbal communication skills.\nAttention to detail with organizational skills.\nDemonstrates initiative, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to learn.\nPossible Experience with or coursework involving:Survey Vendors (Ex.
