From day one, interns are empowered to make meaningful contributions and participate in professional development programming designed to prepare them for future success.\nJob Summary\nAs a Data Scientist Intern, you will work collaboratively with the business areas in a fast-paced agile environment to predict risk, optimize customer retention, detect anomalies, and enhance process efficiencies using internal and third-party data. You will have the opportunity to have hands-on experience with insurance risk, claims and retention models, data visualization, model development using generalized linear models as well as machine learning and AI techniques.\nStudents enrolled in a Data Scientist related program who have strong written and verbal communication skills, good analytical and problem-solving abilities along with a passion for harnessing big data for business insights should consider joining our team!\nWork Location\nThis position is an in-office role located in West Bend, WI or Madison, WI.
