This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in all facets of Human Resources including talent acquisition, talent management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, HR business partnering, and HR operations. This internship offers a unique chance to gain practical experience in HR strategies, and a deeper understanding of the vital role HR plays in business success.\nWork Location\nThis position offers a hybrid work schedule in our West Bend, WI office.\nResponsibilities & Qualifications\nWhat you will get to do and learn in this internship:\nHR Business Partner team: Observe strategic HR discussions, assist with employee relations documentation, and support change initiatives. Learn from experienced HR professionals and actively participate in the execution of HR strategies.\nTalent Acquisition: Support recruiting activities including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate sourcing and outreach. Shadow recruiters during interviews and debrief sessions\nTalent Management: Support performance management and talent program initiatives\nAssociate Experience: Participate in various associate experience activities and initiatives\nLearning and Development: Assist in organizing training sessions and materials, manage LMS content, analyze training effectiveness and feedback collection\nCompensation and Benefits: Contribute to compensation analysis, benefits communications, and wellness initiatives. \nHR Operations: Maintain HRIS data, support compliance tracking, and help improve HR processes. Assist with creating reports and presentations.\nPreferred Experience and Skills:\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
