From day one, interns are empowered to make meaningful contributions and participate in professional development programming designed to prepare them for future success.\nJob Summary\nThe Information Security Analyst Intern will work closely with senior members of the team to support a comprehensive information security program. This includes contributing to the definition of security policies, processes, and standards. The security analyst intern may work with the IT department to deploy technical controls, to meet specific security requirements, and monitors to ensure that security configurations are maintained and effective.\nWork Location\nThis position is an in-office role located in West Bend, WI. No remote opportunities for this position are available at this time.\nResponsibilities & Qualifications\nThis Internship will provide opportunities to:\nEngage in the Information Security Program and ensure that all tasks of the function are achieved in a timely manner.\nUsing security applications, monitors daily or weekly reports and security logs for unusual events.\nAssists in the coordination and completion of information security operations documentation.\nAssists in administration and maintenance of information security toolset (e.g., Enterprise Cloud Security Platform, Vulnerability Scanning, DLP, SIEM).\nExecutes information security projects as assigned.\nParticipates in the creation and delivery of Information Security Awareness, Training, and Education program materials.\nCarries out research on information security and privacy issues and keeps abreast of the latest technology, industry best practices, and hardening standards to address security exposures and threats.\nAssist with management of security events/alerts raised by the security event tools.
