You'll join our Data Strategy & AI team, working closely with data analysts, data scientists and AI engineers to turn ambitious ideas into working solutions. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild and maintain data pipelines that bring information from our hotels, CRM, finance, feedback tools and other systems into Microsoft Fabric.\nTransform and clean large datasets using PySpark, Python and SQL, making data reliable and easy to work with.\nCreate well-structured data models that power business reporting and analytics.\nConnect new data sources through APIs, cloud storage and Azure services.\nManage development across Dev, Test and Production environments using Git and Azure DevOps.\nSet up monitoring and alerts to spot pipeline failures and data quality issues before they become bigger problems.\nWork with analysts and AI teams to make curated data available through Power BI and Fabric Apps.\nTroubleshoot production issues, document your work and keep improving how we build and manage data pipelines.\nWhat You’ll Have\nYou have at least 4 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering or a related data platform role.\nYou bring strong hands-on skills in SQL and Python, plus experience with PySpark and Delta Lake or similar technologies.\nYou have experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks or another Spark-based cloud data platform.\nYou understand lakehouse architecture, bronze/silver/gold data layers, data modelling and ETL/ELT pipelines.\nYou have experience with APIs, Git-based workflows and CI/CD, ideally within Azure DevOps.\nYou can work independently, solve technical problems and explain complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues.\nYou bring an ownership mindset, an interest in AI and automation, and a good understanding of data privacy and GDPR.
