Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global. \nWhat You’ll Do \nLead the front-of-house team during service and set a positive, upbeat tone \nGuide your crew on the floor, helping them solve small issues in the moment \nSupport training and onboarding for new team members \nKeep daily operations smooth by checking setups, stock, cleanliness and safety \nStay present on the floor, chat with guests and jump in where needed \nHandle transactions accurately and pass on any irregularities \nShare targets for the shift and motivate the team to reach them \nWork closely with the kitchen and bar teams to keep service flowing \nWhat You’ll Have \nYou have 1-2 years of experience in a senior waiter, barista or bartender role \nYou bring confidence leading a team during service \nYou communicate clearly and stay calm when things get busy \nYou have an eye for detail and keep service consistent \nYou bring genuine hospitality energy and enjoy being guest-facing \nYou work well with different teams and lead by example \nYou speak English and Portuguese, extra languages are a bonus \nWhat We Offer \nThe opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company.
