We’re looking for an Office Management Intern to join our Office Management and People & Culture departments. This role gives you the opportunity to develop yourself working in a wide range of situations at a fast-paced environment that is The Support Hub. You will help us with day-to-day activities, event and communication assistance and coordination, keep a structured & organised office space and support other office operations. On a daily basis you will work closely with the Office Manager at the The Support Hub in order to run the office as smoothly as possible. Thanks to an exceptional international team of changemakers, our one goal is to make society a better place for everyone.\nWhat You'll Do \nSupport the Office Manager on day-to-day activities\nAssist with office events and creation of the events calendar\nManage meeting room calendar and other bookings internally\nSupport and coordinate post and shipping requests\nAssist onboarding and offboarding new starters at The Support Hub\nKeep the office and pantry organised\nKeep narrow casting and internal communications updated\nWho You Are\nYou are enrolled in a EU university or school \nYou can be in Amsterdam 5 days a week (this job is office based)\nVery hands on!\nYou are a social butterfly and an extrovert\nAble to cope with fast paced and changing environment\nAble to multitask within a dynamic surrounding\nHigh level service-minded\nYou like to be involved in party planning (and the actual party!)\nThinking ahead, proactive personality\nHave good organisation skills\nCommunicative\nTech savvy (or willing to learn also counts)\nYou speak English native or fluent.
