Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global. \nWhat You'll Do \nMatch revenues and payments in the PMS directly with receivables landing in our bank accounts\nSolve account discrepancies and invoice disputes by gathering details from sales, reservations, hotel and restaurant operations, and guests\nTrack down open invoice payments from customers with confidence and tact\nRun credit checks on potential new clients before onboarding them\nBuild weekly and monthly aging reports alongside ad-hoc financial overviews for internal teams\nProcess guest deposit refunds quickly and accurately\nAnswer finance questions from our operations and reservations crews while managing daily internal and external emails\nAudit daily revenue across PMS, F&B, and POS systems to verify settlement payouts against bank receipts\nWho You Are \nYou bring 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role, ideally with a background in hospitality\nYou have a solid command of Excel and feel confident navigating PMS tools, with Mews or Netsuite experience being a huge plus\nYou speak and write fluent English, (bonus points for Dutch, French, Italian, or Spanish)\nYou have a proactive mindset with a hawk-like attention to detail and great time management skills\nYou bring strong communication skills to build solid working relationships across departments and with external partners\nYou have a natural curiosity to find smarter ways to work and continuously improve daily finance routines\nWhat We Offer \nThe opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company.
