We have opportunities for energetic, service-oriented individuals who are experienced in providing efficient service and memorable experiences.\nResponsibilities\nProvide the highest and most efficient level of hospitality and customer service expected by our guests.\nCreate an engaging and memorable bar and lounge service setting.\nHave a professional knowledge base of classic and creative cocktails.\nHave a desire to build knowledge of traditional cooking, wine, beer, and cocktails.\nMaintain accurate knowledge of all menu items and beverage programs.\nMaintain a safe and clean work environment.\nFundamentals\nAbility to maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times.\nEducation: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).\nExperience: 2+ years bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale casual environment.\nFlexibility to work any shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.\nExcellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.\nProficiency in English required. A second language is desirable.\nStrong organizational skills, including follow-up, time management, ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to positively communicate and interact with all hotel departments.\nAbility to grasp, lift and or carry, or otherwise, move goods weighing a maximum of 40 lbs.\nAbility to stand for long periods indoors with a thematically climate-controlled workstation.\nStudy Hotels is a drug-free workplace.
