As Europe's leading name in large-scale solar projects, we're not just part of the industry, we're redefining it.\nAbout the role:\nAs our IT Support Engineer, you will play a key role in our IT Operations and Cybersecurity team. We are looking for hands-on support. Sunrock’s Technology landscape combines workplace and devices, a broad SaaS application landscape and internally developed applications, data and energy platforms. In this role, you don’t need to know everything, but you do need to take ownership: understand the issue, resolve what you can, involve our Managed Service Partner when needed and make sure the request and problems get resolved. Your users are developers, joiners and leavers and business users. From there, you’ll help colleagues with everything from workplace and device management to access, SaaS applications and Sunrock’s internal tooling and platforms.\nYour responsibilities:\nManage, track and follow up on IT requests and issues via our Jira ticketing system.\n\nProvide hands-on support for all our users.\n\nManage laptops, software and workplace technology.\n\nManage users, access rights, permissions and onboarding/offboarding.\n\nAdminister SaaS applications, licenses and Intune.\n\nSupport technical teams with tooling and platform access.\n\nOwn support requests through resolution and improve operations and processes.\n\nRequirements\nWhat you bring to the table\nAn IT-related degree (MBO/HBO) or equivalent experience.\n\n4+ years' experience in IT support, IT Operations or system administration.\n\nKnowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune.\n\nExperience with SaaS administration and identity & access management.\n\nStrong troubleshooting skills and technical curiosity.\n\nA hands-on, ownership-driven and service-oriented mindset, with strong English communication skills.\n\nWhat's in it for you?\nAt Sunrock, work is not just about making a difference in the world, it's also about having fun and enjoying your job!
