Responsibilities: Operations (OPS) Track: Day shift position with a typical schedule of 5PM-5AM (3 on/4 off, 4 on/3 off) supporting a 24/7 Crisis Communications Operations Center Tactical/Field (TCS) Track: Standard schedule with OCONUS TDY up to 50% (including hazardous areas as required) and CONUS TDY up to 10% Provide satellite voice/data, landline, telephone, secure and non-secure voice troubleshooting and technical support to the Customer and various government agencies.
