You will build secure, scalable cloud infrastructures and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, optimized performance, and the efficient delivery of mission-aligned capabilities.\nResponsibilities:\nAnalyze and decompose requirements to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure cloud architectures aligned with mission objectives\nLead the design and implementation of advanced cloud solutions with a strong emphasis on resilience, performance, and industry-standard security practices\nEvaluate and adopt emerging cloud technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve system capabilities and enhance performance\nDevelop and enforce cloud governance strategies ensuring compliance with applicable standards, regulatory requirements, and security frameworks\nOversee automation of deployment, monitoring, and operational workflows to reduce manual effort and increase system efficiency\nCreate, manage, and secure cloud-based operating system images across multiple classification domains using AWS AMIs\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to support integration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and lifecycle maintenance\nPromote collaboration, mentorship, and continuous knowledge sharing across technical teams\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field\n US citizenship with active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required\n5+ years of experience designing, deploying, and maintaining advanced cloud solutions\nDemonstrated expertise in AWS environments supporting multiple classification domains (e.g., IL5 to IL6+)\nProficiency with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and EBS\nStrong experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible\nProficiency managing and securing Linux and Windows Server systems in production environments\nHands-on scripting experience using Python and Bash for cloud automation\nStrong understanding of cloud security best practices and implementation of advanced security controls\nExperience supporting operational environments, managing ticket queues, and leveraging knowledge bases for issue resolution\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical topics to diverse audiences\nActive CompTIA Security+ or equivalent 8140/8570 certification (valid for at least one year)\nRelevant AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Associate/Professional or SysOps Administrator) preferred\nPlease note: we are not working with staffing agencies to fill these positions and are not accepting any unsolicited resumes from agencies.\n#Onsite\nThe Swift Group and Subsidiaries are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
