This role focuses on analyzing digital network data, developing target profiles, and enabling collection strategies to support operational priorities.\nResponsibilities:\nConduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to ensure target continuity and develop comprehensive target profiles \nApply principles and methods for exploiting communications systems to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate intelligence \nAnalyze DNI data for reportable intelligence and support target development efforts \nMaintain databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis \nPerform sustained target analysis using DNI and DNR analytic techniques to identify follow-on collection opportunities \nIdentify intelligence gaps and recommend adjustments to current or future collection strategies \nSupport target discovery, development, and collection triage activities \nUtilize analytic tools and customer systems to run queries and extract mission-relevant data \nRequirements:\nExperience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) missions as a Target Digital Network Analyst or in a related role\nExperience with software applications and databases associated with network analysis and target development\nAbility to run DNI and DNR queries using customer tools\nUnderstanding of internet protocols, digital telecommunications technologies, and internet routing\nFoundational knowledge of SIGINT collection\nExperience supporting target discovery and collection triage\nLevel 1\nHigh school diploma or GED + 6 years of relevant experience, OR\nAssociate’s degree + 4 years of relevant experience, OR\nBachelor’s degree + 2 years of relevant experience\nLevel 2\nHigh school diploma or GED + 9 years of relevant experience, OR\nAssociate’s degree + 7 years of relevant experience, OR\nBachelor’s degree + 5 years of relevant experience, OR\nMaster’s degree + 3 years of relevant experience, OR\nPhD + 2 years of relevant experience\nLevel 3\nHigh school diploma or GED + 12 years of relevant experience, OR\nAssociate’s degree + 10 years of relevant experience, OR\nBachelor’s degree + 8 years of relevant experience, OR\nMaster’s degree + 6 years of relevant experience, OR\nPhD + 4 years of relevant experience\nLevel 4\nHigh school diploma or GED + 15 years of relevant experience, OR\nAssociate’s degree + 13 years of relevant experience, OR\nBachelor’s degree + 11 years of relevant experience, OR\nMaster’s degree + 9 years of relevant experience, OR\nPhD + 7 years of relevant experience\nUS citizenship and an active [Clearance Level] security clearance required\nThe Swift Group and Subsidiaries are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
