The technical work is hands-on, lab discovery focused, and multi-disciplinary. The work location is the Tidewater region of Virginia.\nResponsibilities:\nThe position requires a proactive and motivated professional who is willing to apply skills and knowledge across several technology areas to drive discovery, testing, and evaluation projects.\nSome examples of responsibility include, but are not limited to:\nPlan, organize, and conduct complex engineering projects involving the design, development, and testing of radio frequency (RF) and/or microwave systems architecture, components, circuits, or products.\nEvaluate test and production data, prepares technical analysis, recommend engineering methods and processes required to meet design objectives on new or improved products and/or processes\nCoordinate complex technical matters relating and convey findings and analysis in lay person terms \nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree in fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience\nStrong interpersonal communication skills and demonstrated collaboration experience\nWillingness and ability to perform physical work, setting up networks, running demonstrations\nSome knowledge of basic programming (i.e., Python, Linux)\n6+ years of technical experience with experience in at least 3 of the areas below:AI and Machine Learning (ML)\nCellular network operations and exploitation\nDatabase administration and data architecture\nData Science\nRadio frequency\nUAV/UAS\nVehicle diagnostics, forensics, and telematics analysis and exploitation\nVideo surveillance systems\nVirtual operational environments / gaming environments\nVMware or equivalent\nWireless networks\n\nUS citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required\nDo you know anyone for this position, or other positions open at The Swift Group?
