Proactive and organised, you take ownership without constant supervision, communicate clearly and willingly step beyond your immediate responsibilities when the finance team needs support. \nWhat You'll Be Doing\nYou will process general ledger journals, accounts payable invoices and supplier payments while maintaining accurate records through to trial balance. You will manage cashbooks and bank reconciliations, review debtors, complete balance sheet reconciliations and support month-end processes. You will also contribute to stock takes, budgets and annual audits, with exposure to foreign currency transactions and international reporting. \nWhere You'll Be Doing It\nJoin an established import, distribution and wholesale business that operates independently within a wider international group. You will work alongside a small, close-knit finance team with well-established processes and manageable deadlines. This permanent role is fully office-based in Germiston 08:30 - 16:30. \nWhat You'll Need\nPut SYSPRO expertise to work across cashbook, AP, AR and GL modules. You will need hands-on accounting experience spanning journals, general ledger, reconciliations and trial balance, with strong Excel skills. A National Diploma or Degree is strongly preferred. Foreign currency experience is advantageous. \nWhat You'll Get\nBuild broader accounting capability as trusted support to the Financial Manager.
