For more information, please visitthe.team.\nJob Overview\nThe Associate Manager, Client Services is integral position within THE·TEAM’s Experiential department, with responsibility for the successful delivery of projects, from brief to execution. The Associate Manager, Client Services will provide support to the project team to ensure that all client deliverables and project milestones are delivered on-time, on-budget and of a quality expected by THE·TEAM and its clients.\nWhat You'll Do\nAssist account team on day-to-day management of respective accounts and projects.\nSupport in the strategic development of activation concepts that deliver on client requests, demonstrating critical thinking and creative solutions.\nManage various elements of a project from planning through to execution and post-event recapping.\nWork in a collaborative manner with all THE·TEAM account teams to ensure flawless project delivery against the client’s objectives and agreed upon budget.\nDevelop, manage and reconcile project budgets of $50K+.\nEnsure projects are correctly budgeted for and meet expected financial targets.\nDevelop status sheets, project milestone documents and enforces deliverable dates essential to program’s success.\nManage and develop client, supplier and third-party relationships throughout the duration of projects.\nUnderstand the landscape for each client’s business/sector as well as the media context for their investments.\nCreate a positive, collaborative, teamwork environment that aligns with THE·TEAM company culture and values.\nTroubleshoot and creative problem solve throughout projects.\nFollow all project processes and procedures to uphold quality standards.\nAttend conferences, tradeshows, etc. as necessary to ensure THE·TEAM always provides best-in-class programs and continues to increase its product offering for industry-leading clients.\nRequirements:\nMinimum of a Bachelor's Degree\n1-year relevant event experience (preferably in the experiential, sports or entertainment field)\nAbility to remain calm under pressure, work on multiple projects simultaneously and achieve deadlines\nPossessees exceptional written and oral communication skills\nAbility to foresee issues developing before they arise and develop a solution as needed\nMust be comfortable working as an integral part of a team environment\nOpen-minded mentality, allowing thorough exploration of all ideas and thought-starters\nAbility to put out small \"fires\", with an understanding of when to escalate\nFocused and strong-minded with an ambition to help grow the company\nAbility to multi-task and prioritize workload while coordinating with others to proactively meet deadlines\nMust thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a ‘can-do’ attitude at all times\nStrong attention to detail and highly organized\nBase salary range: $45K - $66,300, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.\nActual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to: market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
