We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Data & Compliance Assistant to support our CRM implementation, improve data quality and strengthen promoter verification processes.\nThis is an entry-level support and verification role for someone who enjoys structured administration, careful checking and improving how information is managed. You will work within clearly defined processes, helping to clear the historical data backlog, support data migration and establish consistent upfront checks before commercial commitments progress.\nThis is a 6-month fixed term contract position.\nData & Compliance Assistant\nAs Data & Compliance Assistant, you will help protect the quality of our CRM and reduce operational risk across the business. You will cleanse and maintain records, support the integration of US data, carry out initial promoter checks, maintain clear audit trails and escalate discrepancies for senior review. Final approvals will remain with senior team members.\nWhat You’ll Do\nCleanse and maintain CRM records, correcting incomplete or inconsistent contact and promoter information\nIdentify duplicate records and support the merging of records, including as part of the US data integration\nHelp clear the historical data maintenance backlog and apply agreed data quality standards on an ongoing basis\nCarry out initial promoter background and identity checks in line with established procedures\nGather and check required promoter documentation, trading details and agreed payment terms\nRecord checks, decisions, evidence and follow-up actions accurately to maintain a clear audit trail\nFlag discrepancies, missing information and exceptions promptly for review by senior colleagues\nWhat We’re Looking For\nStrong attention to detail and a methodical, organised approach to routine administration\nConfidence working with spreadsheets, databases or CRM systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly\nGood written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to request information from internal and external contacts\nSound judgement about when to follow a process and when to escalate an exception\nA discreet and reliable approach when handling commercial, financial and personal information\nA willingness to learn, take ownership of tasks and contribute positively to a
