This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in education operations and center management, with the opportunity to take on greater responsibilities as Think Zone continues to grow.\nCandidates must be comfortable commuting to and working at both our Millbrae and Redwood City locations.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a Learning Center Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of both our Millbrae and Redwood City Learning Centers.\nWorking closely with the Center Managers, you will serve as a key operational partner and help ensure both centers run smoothly. This role combines center operations, student and family support, tutor coordination, and community engagement and is ideal for someone interested in developing toward a future management role.\nThis is a multi-location position, and candidates must be comfortable commuting to and working at both locations based on scheduling and center needs.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport Center Managers with daily operations across the Millbrae and Redwood City locations\nHelp coordinate class schedules, staffing, center activities, materials, and other operational needs\nServe as a key point of contact for students and families and help provide a welcoming, high-quality center experience\nAssist with tutor onboarding, scheduling, communication, and day-to-day coordination\nHelp identify and resolve operational or scheduling issues as they arise\nSupport student retention, family engagement, referrals, and other center growth initiatives\nAssist with local marketing, community events, and school outreach\nStep in to support center operations and take on additional responsibilities when Center Managers are unavailable\nQualifications\nStrong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills\nDependable, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative\nAble to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nComfortable working with students, parents, tutors, and team members\nInterest in education, operations, customer service, or team leadership\nAble to reliably commute to both Millbrae and Redwood City\nPrevious experience in education, customer service, operations, or team coordination is a plus\nBachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree preferred\nGrowth Opportunities\nThis role offers hands-on experience in learning center management, team coordination, family communication, operations, and center growth.
