Through a powerful combination of curriculum, system, and human support, we are scaling a new kind of education experience.\nAbout the Role\nAs a Learning Center Manager, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations, growth, and family experience of a Think Zone learning center.\nThis role combines operations, customer success, community outreach, and team leadership. You'll work closely with students, families, tutors, and headquarters to help grow a successful education center while building valuable management and business skills.\nWhat You’ll Do\nStudent & Family Success\nBuild strong relationships with students and families\nMonitor student progress and learning outcomes\nEnsure a positive customer experience throughout the student journey\nCenter Operations\nManage daily center operations and scheduling\nCoordinate tutors, classrooms, and learning resources\nMaintain smooth and efficient center performance\nGrowth & Community Engagement\nSupport local marketing events and school partnerships\nHelp convert trial students into long-term enrollments\nRepresent Think Zone within the local community\nTeam Leadership\nRecruit,
