The role balances new delivery with the enhancement and support of an existing solution portfolio, and contributes reusable components, patterns, and documentation to the broader maker community.\nJob Duties and Responsibilities\nPartner with business stakeholders and analysts to gather and document requirements, assess whether a Power Platform solution is the right fit, and estimate delivery effort. \nDesign, build, test, and deploy canvas and model-driven Power Apps, including responsive layouts, mobile scenarios, and role-based access. \nDevelop and maintain Power Automate cloud flows - approvals, notifications, scheduled jobs, and system-to-system processes - with sound expression logic, error handling, retry patterns, and failure alerting. \nBuild Copilot Studio agents: author topics and conversation flows, ground generative answers in approved knowledge sources, configure actions and tools that invoke flows and connectors, and publish to channels such as Microsoft Teams. \nModel and maintain Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, and security roles, and select the appropriate data source and connector strategy for each solution. \nIntegrate solutions with enterprise systems (e.g., SharePoint, Snowflake, SAP, Azure) using standard connectors, custom connectors, and REST APIs. \nApply application lifecycle management practices: solution packaging, environment strategy, source control, and deployment pipelines across development, test, and production. \nTest thoroughly and support user acceptance testing; tune app and flow performance, remediate Solution and App Checker findings, and validate agent responses for accuracy and appropriate behavior. \nBuild to security and governance standards, including least-privilege access, data loss prevention policies, and Microsoft Entra ID authentication. \nMonitor, troubleshoot, and enhance solutions in production; resolve incidents and defects, track adoption, and consolidate or retire solutions that are no longer needed. \nMaintain technical design documentation, support runbooks, and end-user guidance; coach business makers on platform standards and stay current with Power Platform and Copilot release waves. \nJob Qualifications\nEducation and Experience\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. \n2-6 years of professional experience building and supporting business applications, including at least two years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform delivery. \nDemonstrated record of taking solutions from requirements through production release and ongoing support. \nTechnical Skills\nHands-on Power Apps development (canvas and model-driven). \nHands-on Power Automate cloud flow development, including expressions, error handling, and connector configuration. \nWorking knowledge of Copilot Studio agent development - topics, knowledge sources, actions, and publishing - or closely related conversational/AI tooling experience and the aptitude to become proficient quickly. \nDataverse data modeling and security roles, supported by relational database and SQL fundamentals. \nIntegration experience with REST APIs, JSON, and standard and custom connectors. \nFamiliarity with Power Platform ALM (solutions, environments, source control, pipelines) and with platform security and governance concepts such as DLP policies and Microsoft Entra ID. \nSoft Skills\nTranslates business problems into practical technical solutions and explains technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. \nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the persistence to find root cause rather than treat symptoms. \nWorks independently on assigned solutions with moderate guidance, recognizes when to escalate, and collaborates well in an Agile, service-oriented delivery team. \nDetail-oriented and organized across concurrent priorities;
