This role coordinates cross-functional activities, manages integration plans and timelines, drives accountability, and provides visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes. The position partners with leadership and functional teams to ensure a smooth transition while supporting operational continuity and preserving key business relationships.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nIntegration Management\n· Develop and manage integration plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.\n· Coordinate integration activities from planning through implementation.\n· Lead integration meetings and track action items.\n· Monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed.\n· Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously.\n· Provide regular updates to leadership on status, risks, and priorities.\nAcquisition Integration\n· Coordinate onboarding and transition activities for newly acquired companies.\n· Establish Day 1, 30-, 60-, and 90-day integration priorities.\n· Partner with acquired-company leadership to identify opportunities and challenges.\n· Minimize disruption to employees, customers, and operations throughout the transition.\nCross-Functional Coordination\n· Partner with Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Safety teams to execute integration activities.\n· Ensure responsibilities, timelines, and expectations are clearly defined.\n· Facilitate communication across stakeholders and workstreams.\nGovernance & Reporting\n· Maintain integration dashboards, action logs, and project documentation.\n· Track deliverables and ensure accountability for assigned tasks.\n· Identify dependencies and support timely decision-making.\n· Report integration progress, risks, and recommendations to leadership.\nProcess Improvement\n· Maintain and enhance integration playbooks, templates, and tools.\n· Capture lessons learned and implement process improvements.\n· Support the development of scalable integration practices across the organization.\nCulture & Change Management\n· Foster positive relationships with acquired-company leaders and employees.\n· Support change management and communication efforts.\n· Reinforce company values, expectations, and culture throughout the integration process.\n· Perform other duties as assigned.\n\nExperience and Skills:\n· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, Project Management, or a related field preferred.\n· 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, operations, business integration, consulting, or a related discipline preferred.\n· Experience supporting acquisitions, post-merger integrations, multi-location organizations, or complex cross-functional projects strongly preferred.\n· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.\n· Strong project and program management capabilities with attention to detail and accountability.\n· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\n· Ability to identify dependencies, risks, and execution gaps before they affect outcomes.\n· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.\n· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n· Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project management/reporting tools.\n· Experience integrating ERP, accounting, CRM, payroll, HRIS, and field-service-management systems\n· Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly.\nPhysical Demands/Working Conditions:\n· Primarily works in an office environment with prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.\n· Frequent use of a keyboard, mouse, and computer throughout the workday.\n· Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, video conference, and electronic communication.\n· Visual acuity to review reports, spreadsheets, project plans, and computer screens.\n· Hearing ability sufficient for meetings, conversations, and presentations.\n· Occasional lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 10 pounds.\n· Regular travel to TTG companies and newly acquired locations, particularly during Day 1 activities, system implementations, and major integration milestones.\n· Ability to move between office, operational, and customer locations as
