and verify contents against purchase orders \nInspect materials for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues as needed \nMaintain accurate inventory records using manual and or digital systems \nConduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory audits \nMonitor stock levels and notify appropriate personnel when reordering is needed \nLabel, store, and organize materials to ensure items are safe and easy to locate \nFollow FIFO or other established inventory control methods \nPick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with attention to accuracy \nDeliver materials and equipment to job sites as scheduled \nCoordinate deliveries and shipments with internal teams and vendors\nOperate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners \nPerform basic safety and operational checks on warehouse equipment \nFollow all workplace safety guidelines and OSHA regulations \nMaintain a clean, organized, and hazard free work environment \nProperly use required personal protective equipment \nUpdate inventory systems, shipping logs, and related documentation accurately \nMaintain records related to shipments, returns, and inventory movement \nPerform other job responsibilities as assigned\nExperience and Skills:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required \nValid driver’s license required with a clean driving record\nPrevious warehouse or logistics experience preferred \nExperience delivering materials or equipment to job sites preferred\nBasic computer skills including experience with inventory or tracking systems \nStrong attention to detail and organization skills \nAbility to follow written and verbal instructions \nAbility to work independently and as part of a team \nStrong time management and reliability\nPhysical Demands:\nWork is primarily performed in a warehouse environment \nRegularly required to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday \nAbility to lift, carry, and move materials as required for the role \nAbility to stand for extended periods of time \nAbility to safely operate warehouse equipment when required \nUse of required personal protective
