We’re in search of an experienced Tenant Law Case Manager - Virtual Assistant to join our team and provide strong case management and client support in California Tenant Law matters.\nResponsibilities\nManage and maintain tenant law cases throughout the case lifecycle.\nMaintain regular communication with clients and provide timely case updates.\nMonitor case progress and ensure all necessary documents and information are obtained.\nAssist with client intake, case organization, and follow-up.\nCollect, organize, and maintain case-related documents and records.\nAssist attorneys with case preparation, deadlines, and administrative tasks.\nMaintain accurate and organized electronic case files within the case management system.\nCoordinate appointments, communications, and other case-related activities.\nEnsure timely follow-up with clients, attorneys, and other parties involved in the case.\nProvide general administrative and virtual support to the legal team.\nQualifications\nAt least 2 years of Case Manager or similar legal experience in California Tenant Law.\nHands-on experience handling California Tenant Law cases is required.\nStrong understanding of California Tenant Law terminology, procedures, and documentation.\nExperience managing cases from intake through resolution.\nStrong client communication and customer service skills.\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills.\nExperience with legal case management software.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.\nBilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.\nAbility to work independently in a fully remote environment.\nHere at The United Firm, APC we offer medical, dental, and vision insurance.
