Success in this role requires deep technical expertise, strong communication skills, and a passion for innovation.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and implement enterprise-scale AI applications and intelligent automation solutions.\nLead the development of cloud-native applications, APIs, and AI-powered services using modern engineering practices.\nDrive the integration and implementation of AI/LLM technologies within business applications and workflows.\nArchitect scalable, resilient, and secure solutions capable of supporting large-scale user adoption.\nLead technical design discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practice initiatives.\nOptimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.\nBuild and enhance deployment pipelines, automation frameworks, and DevOps capabilities.\nInvestigate and resolve complex technical challenges across application, infrastructure, and AI solution layers.\nCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define solution strategies and deliver business outcomes.\nMentor team members and contribute to technical capability development across engineering teams.\nEstablish and maintain architectural standards, development guidelines, and technical documentation.\nEvaluate emerging AI technologies and champion innovative approaches that create measurable business value.\nQualifications & Skills\nMinimum 1 years of experience in application development, system analysis, or database management.\nBachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science or IT, or Bachelor’s in Computer Applications (BCA).\nMinimum 5 years of related technology experience, including software engineering and solution delivery.\nExperience building and delivering AI solutions that support enterprise-scale environments and large user populations.\nAdvanced expertise in AWS cloud services, GitHub, deployment pipelines, and modern software engineering practices.\nStrong programming skills in Python (preferred), JavaScript, TypeScript, or related programming languages.\nExperience designing, implementing, and deploying AI/LLM-powered solutions in production environments.\nStrong understanding of cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, APIs, and scalable application design.\nExperience with observability, monitoring, performance optimization, and operational excellence practices.\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups.\nExceptional verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and technical leadership capabilities.\nExperience working in Agile environments and driving engineering best practices.\n\nDesired Candidate Characteristics\nProven track record of technical innovation and creative problem solving.\nAbility to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes in rapidly changing environments.\nStrong intellectual curiosity with a passion for emerging technologies and AI advancements.\nStartup-minded individual who thrives in building, experimenting, and iterating on new ideas.\nGrowth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and learning.\nAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical execution.\nLocation\nThis role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana at Vanguard India.
