Contribute to design and implementation, review code and technical changes, and lead by example through strong engineering practices.\n\nLeverage cloud-first and AI-assisted engineering practices. Use modern cloud platforms and AI-enabled tools to reduce friction, improve code quality, and accelerate delivery.\n\nCollaborate closely with the Delivery Manager and Product partners. Align on technical direction, sequencing, and dependencies to support effective delivery.\n\nDrive technical design for team initiatives. Translate product direction and architectural guidance into clear technical approaches that engineers can execute with confidence.\n\nEvaluates and approves technical solutions, resolving complex issues and guiding teams through root cause analysis and remediation; proactively anticipates and mitigates risks, preventing issues before they impact delivery.\n\nPartners with stakeholders to communicate project implications, assess the impact of changes, and influence technical and architectural decisions across teams.\n\nMaintains deep knowledge of development methodologies, architecture, and emerging technologies; mentors team members, drives adoption of standards and best practices, and contributes to strategic product roadmaps.\n\nReviews and approves technical documentation, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with established standards.\n\nIdentifies and drives continuous improvement opportunities across technical standards, tools, and delivery methodologies.\n\nContributes hands-on to development activities, producing well-structured, maintainable code supported by automated testing and modern development practices.\n\nEnhances team productivity through collaboration, reuse of frameworks, and adoption of scalable engineering patterns and tooling.\n\nEnsures compliance with IT and Information Security policies, validating that deliverables meet required standards and contributing to ongoing policy enhancements.\n\nApplies broad understanding of business functions (front, middle, and back office) and external partners to design solutions that enable efficient, controlled business processes.\n\nParticipates in special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.\n\n Qualifications and Skills\nMinimum 8 years of experience in software development, architecture, and system integration.\n\nBachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science or IT, or Bachelor’s in Computer Applications(BCA), or Master’s in Computer Applications(MCA).\n\nExpertise in software architecture, system design, and technical leadership for enterprise and delivering production-grade software in cloud-based environments.\n\nDemonstrated technical leadership through hands-on contribution, mentoring, and technical guidance\n\nA quality-first mindset, with experience building reliable, scalable, and observable systems\n\nComfort using AI-assisted engineering tools to improve developer productivity, code quality, and delivery flow\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively with engineering managers, product partners, and cross-functional stakeholders\n\nExperience with frontend development technologies (Angular/React, JavaScript/Typescript, CSS, Jest)\n\nProficiency in NodeJS Typescript/JavaScript development\n\nProficiency in development with Java and Spring framework.\n\nExperience with Python\n\nProficiency in Event Driven Architecture (Medallion Architecture)\n\nProficiency in Data Engineering focusing on Data Ingestion, Transformation and Load\n\nProficiency in DevOps concepts, tools and continuous delivery pipelines, specifically Git and GitHub\n\nProficiency in AWS technologies: CloudFront, S3, ECS, IAM, DynamoDB, Lambda, SNS, SQS, Glue, Step functions, Athena and CloudWatch\n\nProficiency in relational databases, Postgres SQL\n\nProficiency in GenAI tools.
