This role combines AWS platform engineering, CI/CD automation, and production support within a sprint-based delivery environment.\nThis Hybrid Role (in office Tues-Wed-Thurs) is based in Malvern, PA (HQ)\nResponsibilities:\nBuild and support CI/CD pipelines for deploying and managing AI/ML models.\nImplement and maintain AI observability capabilities using Arize.\nDevelop and support scalable platform services in AWS.\nCreate platform solutions using Python and applicable AWS and container technologies, including Kubernetes, EKS, ECS, Lambda, and SageMaker.\nMonitor platform performance and resolve reliability, scalability, and operational issues.\nAutomate repeatable deployment, monitoring, and support processes.\nCollaborate with engineering and AI/ML teams to translate platform needs into technical solutions.\nDeliver prioritized work through sprint planning, development, testing, and implementation.\nParticipate in a rotating production support schedule.\nEducation & Experience:\n3+ years of related experience in platform engineering, cloud engineering, DevOps, MLOps, software engineering, or a comparable technical field.\nUndergraduate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience.\nExperience building or supporting CI/CD pipelines.\nExperience developing or maintaining services in AWS.\nExperience using Python for automation, platform services, or application development.\nExperience working with Kubernetes or AWS container services such as EKS or ECS.\nExperience with AI/ML deployment, SageMaker, Lambda, or model observability tools such as Arize, preferred.\nSpecial Factors:\nParticipation in a rotating production support schedule is required.\nSpecial Factors\nSponsorship\nVanguard is not offering visa sponsorship for this position.About Vanguard\nAt Vanguard, we don't just have a mission-we're on a mission.\nTo work for the long-term financial wellbeing of our clients.
