This role combines strong engineering expertise with architecture leadership, stakeholder engagement, and team mentorship responsibilities.\nResponsibilities\nLead the design and delivery of full-stack software solutions.\nDefine architecture and technical solution strategies.\nGuide engineering teams on design patterns, scalability, and best practices.\nLead technical reviews, code reviews, and solution evaluations.\nProvide technical direction across frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud platforms.\nPartner with business and technology stakeholders to define solutions.\nMentor and develop engineering talent.\nIdentify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies.\nDrive engineering standards, automation, and operational excellence.\nEvaluate and adopt emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions. \nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum 8 years of software engineering experience.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.\nApproximately 10 years of overall technology experience.\nMinimum 3 years of technical leadership experience.\nStrong full-stack application development expertise.\nExperience with JavaScript, Angular, APIs, and integration services.\nStrong AWS cloud experience.\nExperience with GitHub and CI/CD practices.\nProven architecture and solution-design experience.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience leading distributed engineering teams.\nExposure to Generative AI and conversational AI platforms.\nExperience with agent-based AI solutions.\nExperience building large-scale cloud-native applications\nLocation\nThis role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana at Vanguard India.
