Leads and facilitates discussions on relationship, cost, and capabilities with leadership and suppliers.\n\nDrives engagements through defined sourcing processes, resolving issues and involving stakeholders as needed. Interfaces heavily with other Sourcing teams, business owners, and Legal & Risk partners for each transaction.\n\nParticipates in strategic vendor-related initiatives. Provides relationship and project management expertise. Coordinates multiple stakeholders for input and collaboration for procurement activities.\n\nInterprets and communicates contract requirements, obligations, and risk exposures to key stakeholders, including sourcing professionals and business leaders.\n\nOversees contract review, approvals, and negotiations. Champions sourcing process compliance and educates key stakeholders about commercial, legal, policy, and other considerations in support of the negotiation process.\n\nIdentifies and executes value creation opportunities through supplier consolidation, demand management, benchmarking, process optimization, and innovation partnerships.\n\nEnsures supplier and contract data is submitted or entered into management systems and databases.
