a single product or initiative.\nHelp define new metrics, analytical approaches, and ways of measuring business performance.\nTurn data into recommendations that drive action.\nPlay an important role in shaping the future of the Operations Analytics function.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.\n4-7 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, product analytics, strategy, or a related field.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working through complex and ambiguous business questions.\nExperience using data to develop insights and recommendations, not simply produce reporting.\nStrong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.\nExperience with visualization and analytical tools such as Power BI or Tableau.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas to senior leaders.\nDemonstrated ability to build relationships and influence across teams without direct authority.\nPreferred\nExperience with Python, R, or other advanced analytical tools.\nExperience in product analytics, customer experience, operational analytics, or business strategy.\nFinancial services or other complex, regulated-industry experience.\nExperience developing measurement frameworks
