Employs software development techniques to ensure tests are implemented in a way that support automation.\n\nLead backend system optimization efforts, ensuring high performance, scalability, and responsiveness under varying workloads.\n\nSpearhead the integration of multiple data sources, APIs, and services, streamlining data flow and improving overall system efficiency.\n\nOversee the creation and upkeep of detailed backend documentation, helping cross-functional teams understand architecture and logic.\n\nAdvocate and implement best practices for security, data protection, and backend resilience, aligning with enterprise-grade standards.\n\nCollaborate with front-end teams to design backend interfaces that support seamless and intuitive user experiences.\n\nElevates code into the development, test, and production environments on schedule. Provides follow up production support. Submits change control requests and documents.\n\nThoroughly understands software development methodology. Tech) in relevant fields such as Computer Science, or a Master’s degree/Diploma in Computer Science.\n\nExpertise in server-side development, system integration, and API management; strong knowledge of database design, optimization, debugging, and performance tuning.\n\nKnowledge of Agile, Confluence, JIRA; aptitude for continuous process improvement for process flows/workflows.\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.\n\nMust have Skills\nJava Front-End: Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, REST API integration, AWS (ECS, Lambda), IAM.\n\nJava Back-End: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, API development, AWS (ECS, Lambda), IAM.\n\nJava Back-End with Mainframe Background: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, plus prior experience in COBOL, DB2, VSAM, and Mainframe debugging/support.\n\nNice to have skillset\nGraph QL, CSS, DB2, and API Design\nLocation\nThis role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana at Vanguard India.
