We are seeking a Senior Manager, Investment Consulting to lead a high-performing team of investment professionals responsible for delivering sophisticated portfolio insights, investment research, and strategic guidance to clients and internal partners. This is a highly visible leadership role that offers the opportunity to influence investment strategy, shape client solutions, and contribute to the future growth of the business.
As a trusted advisor and thought leader, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization to enhance investment offerings, optimize client experiences, and drive the adoption of innovative investment solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and inspire a team of investment professionals focused on delivering exceptional client outcomes.
- Shape investment and business strategy through market insights, client feedback, and industry expertise.
- Influence portfolio construction, advisory methodologies, and investment offerings in partnership with senior stakeholders.
- Represent the firm as a thought leader, contributing to industry perspectives, client engagement, and market commentary.
- Drive operational excellence, team performance, and scalable growth across the function.
What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in investment management, wealth management, institutional consulting, financial services, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in investment strategy, portfolio construction, asset allocation, and client engagement.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MBA, Master's, or similar).
- CFA, CFP, or other recognized investment designation.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive strategic business initiatives.
- Deep understanding of institutional and/or advisory investment solutions.
- FINRA Series 7, 63, and 24 or the ability to obtain within departmental guidelines.
