The ideal candidate is a seasoned strategist, passionate about client insights, and integrator who can identify common opportunities, establish a unifying direction, and mobilize teams across a highly matrixed organization to bring that strategy to market.\nWhat You'll Own\nCross-Cutting Client Strategies\nDevelop division-wide marketing strategies for signature client moments, life events, and seasonal needs that have relevance across multiple segments and offers.\nIdentify common client needs and strategic opportunities across segment and product plans, creating stronger, more connected approaches.\nEstablish the shared strategic foundation, audience framework, narrative, priorities, and activation principles that teams can adapt to the needs of their respective clients.\nEnterprise Campaign Leadership\nLead the marketing strategy and campaign development for enterprise priorities that span the full client base.\nTranslate broad brand and business priorities into clear client objectives, campaign platforms, integrated plans, and measurable outcomes.\nServe as the central marketing lead for these initiatives, aligning Brand, PR, Strategic Communications, segment and product marketing, channels, and business subject-matter experts.\nWhat You Bring\nMinimum eight years demonstrated experience in direct-to-consumer marketing strategy or product marketing.\nUndergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience required.\nDemonstrated experience leading integrated marketing strategy, enterprise campaigns, or cross-portfolio initiatives in a complex organization.\nA strong ability to recognize shared opportunities across distinct audiences and business priorities, then translate them into a unifying strategy.\nExperience moving from broad enterprise objectives to actionable campaign platforms and executional direction.\nProven ability to lead through influence, orchestrate work across multiple teams, and create clarity in areas without a single natural owner.\nExecutive-ready communication skills and confidence advising senior leaders.\nKnowledge of audience segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.\nExperience using experimentation, marketing analytics, and performance measurement to optimize results.\nSpecial Factors\nSponsorship\nVanguard is not offering visa sponsorship for this position.About Vanguard\nAt Vanguard, we don't just have a mission-we're on a mission.\nTo work for the long-term financial wellbeing of our clients.
