Drives key decisions to ensure alignment with overarching goals across stakeholders.\nEnsure all steps are taken to mitigate risk and maintains control, compliance, audit, and legal requirements on technology projects. Maintains an appropriate level of technical and business knowledge to support program implementation.\nParticipates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.\nLead the Enterprise Zero Trust Program\nOwn end-to-end delivery of the Zero Trust portfolio across all workstreams.\nMaintain the integrated roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.\nDrive execution across Adaptive Access, JIT Privileged Access, PKI, Post-Quantum Cryptography, and API Security initiatives.\nDrive Executive Governance & Decision Making\nEstablish and lead SteerCo, working groups, and executive reviews.\nPrepare executive-level reporting, status, risks, funding recommendations, and decision requests.\nEscalate and resolve cross-functional delivery obstacles.\nOrchestrate Cross-Organizational Delivery\nAlign priorities across Identity, Cloud Security, Endpoint Security, Infrastructure, Application Security, Architecture, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Operations.\nManage dependencies spanning multiple organizations and vendors.\nBuild consensus where the TPM has influence but not direct authority.\nManage Program Financials\nOwn program planning, forecasting, funding, resource allocation, and business case management.\nTrack delivery against approved investment strategy and workforce plans. \nMeasure Risk Reduction Outcomes\nDefine KPIs, OKRs, adoption metrics, and risk-reduction measures.\nEnsure the program demonstrates measurable security outcomes rather than simply delivering technology.\nLead Change Management & Adoption\nCoordinate communications, readiness, training, and adoption activities.\nDrive enterprise adoption of new security controls and operating models.\nPartner with stakeholders to minimize user and developer friction.\n Qualifications:\n10+ years of experience in program or portfolio management within cybersecurity, IAM, or enterprise technology.\nDemonstrated experience running large, cross-functional security programs with multiple technical workstreams.\nStrong understanding of Identity security principles\nProven ability to communicate complex initiatives in clear, executive-level language.\nUndergraduate degree in related field (Computer Science, Engineering) required.
