financial strategy, work closely with senior leadership, and build a clear career path within Finance.\nWhat You Will Do\nAssisting the CFO with financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.\nCreating detailed financial models to support decision-making and strategic planning.\nPreparing and presenting financial reports and materials for management, ensuring clarity through data visualization.\nCollaborating with various departments to gather data, analyze performance, and report on operational effectiveness.\nResponsible for a variety of reports, including financial performance, budget variance analysis, and ad hoc reporting.\nManaging and automating financial processes within 1C and other tools.\nCalculating transfer pricing and assessing the efficiency of business units.\nBuilding data cubes and optimizing data reporting structures for enhanced analysis.\nUtilizing BI tools and/or Tableau for data visualization and business intelligence tasks.\nEnsuring all financial materials and presentations are professionally prepared and clearly communicated.\nRequirements\nUniversity degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.\n2-4 years of experience in a financial analysis, FP&A, or related role, ideally within financial services.\nStrong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.\nExperience with 1C and/or BI tools (Tableau or similar) is a strong advantage.\nAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.\nFluent English, both written and spoken.\nAbility to work cross-functionally and
