You will own HR administration and compliance across several legal entities in a regulated financial environment, from documentation and onboarding to payroll coordination and HR systems. This role suits someone who enjoys bringing structure and consistency to HR processes and can work independently across multiple jurisdictions.\nHR Administration & Documentation\nFull-cycle HR administration across all legal entities: hiring, transfers, changes to terms of employment, terminations\nDrafting and maintaining employment contracts, amendments, HR orders, job descriptions and internal policies\nMaintaining personnel files, registers, vacation schedules and time tracking\nSupporting foreign employees: preparing and collecting document packages for the immigration agent (work permits, visas, registration), tracking deadlines and application status. All direct contact with immigration authorities is handled by the agent\nCoordinating with the external immigration agent: monitoring deadlines and document quality, communicating with employees\nInternal Compliance\nEnsuring HR processes comply with labour law and internal company standards\nBackground checks on candidates and employees in line with internal policies\nMonitoring mandatory training (AML, information security, health & safety, etc.)\nOnboarding\nOrganising onboarding and offboarding, monitoring probation periods\nCompensation, Benefits & Payroll\nWorking with accounting and payroll providers: preparing data, reconciling payroll\nAdministering bonus programmes, benefits, health insurance and compensation\nTaking part in grade reviews and salary benchmarking\nSystems & Processes\nAdministering the HRIS and other HR tools, automating routine processes\nBuilding unified standards and templates for all group entities\nRequirements\nMust have:\n5+ years in HR operations / HR administration, including at least 2-3 years in a regulated company (financial services, fintech, payments, insurance, investments or similar)\nExperience running HR processes for several legal entities at once, ideally across different jurisdictions\nIn-depth knowledge of labour law and HR documentation practice\nUnderstanding of HR in a regulated environment (employee screening, mandatory training, conflicts of interest)\nHands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems\nHigh attention to detail, structured thinking, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to own tasks end-to-end independently\nFluent English (B2 or higher)\nNice to have:\nLaw degree\nCertifications (SHRM, HRCI or local equivalents)\nExperience automating HR
