Whether you have spent time in childcare before or are new to the industry, we seek candidates  dedicated to nurturing young minds.  There is a special place for to be apart of the Early Learning Academies (ELA) community with The Village Learning Center! 

We are currently seeking a qualified Lead Teacher.

Qualification Options Include: 

• Associate's Degree in ECE or Child Development
• 6 ECE credits AND 9 Credits in either education, Psychology, Health Care, Nursing, or any  field related to child growth and development
• CDA
• CCP
• Group Teacher endorsement from the NJ Registry for Childhood Professionals

Pay Range

$17.25—$20.50 USD

What We Need from You:   

Education, Experience, and Training Qualifications  For Most Positions

• Must be at least 18 years of age. (unless otherwise stated) 
• High School Diploma or GED required  
• Must meet all state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines regarding education, experience, immunizations, employment physical, and required health and safety training and practices.  
• A valid driver's license is required if driving is a requirement of the position.
