We are committed to providing the highest-quality nuts to our customers and consumers worldwide.\n Summary of Position\nThe Electrician I may perform a variety of significant tasks supporting the over-all performance and safety of pistachio & almond production machinery and systems. Tasks are performed across multiple facilities, including our locations in Lost Hills, Kings, Wonderful Hulling and Shelling (WHS), El Dorado, and Firebaugh.\nDuties & Responsibilities\nAssist with troubleshooting and replacement of E3’s and E300’s components under supervision.\nAssist in the replacement of 480V devices with minimal supervision.\nTroubleshoot, correct, and replace 24VDC devices.\nPerform troubleshooting and replacement of electrical components (e.g., relays, safety relays, contactors, I/O cards, power supplies) under minimal supervision.\nSafely pull electrical wire following standard work procedures.\nCommunicate concisely with support teams, peers, and Zone Leader to ensure any issues are escalated appropriately.\nPrioritize and complete tasks based on urgency, safety impact, and production needs, including assisting with unscheduled service requests (Do It Now calls) and scheduled services as needed.\nUtilize Slack to respond to service requests and document daily issues, while communicating correctives and repairs to the Zone Leader.\nAccurately account for daily work and deliver a clear, concise pass-down for the Zone Leader and the next shift.\nDemonstrate and explain standard work procedures and techniques with colleagues.\nAssist with tasks associated with complex conduit systems involving multiple motors, control units, and wiring with supervision.\nPerform minor mechanical tasks, including but not limited to removing guards, covers, mechanical parts, etc.\nCollaborate with operations staff to provide rapid customer service and support in a production environment.\nCommunicate concisely with peers and Zone Leader to ensure any unsolved issues are escalated appropriately.\nUtilizes motor I/O lists and MCC layouts to create labels, label and organize MCC, and disconnects with supervision.\nAble to interpret control panel schematics provided by engineers with assistance.\nParticipate in Harvest-related preparation, service requests, or projects.\nMaintain all required food safety and safety certifications and adhere to safety procedures.\nDemonstrate independence in completing tasks without direct supervision.\nOperate company vehicles to complete job-related tasks.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nPay Range: $21.65\n Education / Experience\nHigh school diploma or general education diploma (GED) recommended.\n1-2 years of related experience recommended.\nValid CA Driver’s License required.\n All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.\nEEO is the law - click here for more information","description_format":"text","description_chars":3311,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":1,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"high_school","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"All levels","optional":false}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Wine & Winemaking"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-05T11:41:49Z"}],"liveness":{"score":16,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":1,"p_active":0.358,"p_room":0.44,"age_days":29,"expected_fill_days":29,"reasons":["conf:11","stale_co","win:tail","crowd:junior,brand"],"computed_at":"2026-09-23T05:45:00Z"},"pay":{"stated_usd_annual":42000,"is_top_pay":false},"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/the-wonderful-company-electrician-i","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/the-wonderful-company-electrician-i.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-09-23T15:31:59Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers"}}
