Proficiency in Excel, SPSS, or R is essential. You will manage large datasets, design dashboards, and support diverse project analysis needs while ensuring accuracy and consistency across our social impact consulting assignments.\nRequirements\nData Management & Analysis\nCollect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights for clients and internal projects \nDevelop and maintain robust data structures to ensure data integrity and consistency across all datasets \nPerform statistical analysis using tools like SPSS, R, or Excel to identify trends, patterns, and key insights \nDashboard Creation & Reporting\nDesign and develop interactive dashboards to visually present key data insights for clients and internal teams \nCreate regular data reports that highlight important metrics, trends, and areas for improvement \nDevelop and implement KPIs to track project success, profitability, and client satisfaction \nCollaboration & Support \n\nWork closely with project managers and M&E specialists to understand data needs and ensure timely and accurate delivery of analysis \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations for improving project efficiency and outcomes \nAct as a point of contact for any data-related queries, providing timely resolutions and insights \nData Quality Assurance\n\nEnsure the accuracy, reliability, and validity of data entered and analyzed across all projects \nContinuously improve data collection and analysis processes to enhance overall project quality \nPerform regular audits on data processes to ensure compliance with internal standards\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field. \nExperience\n2+ years of experience working with large datasets, data analysis, and reporting. \nTechnical Skills \n\nProficient in Excel for data analysis, pivot tables, and advanced formulas. \nExperience with SPSS or R for statistical analysis. \nFamiliarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to create interactive dashboards. \nKnowledge of data structures and how to organize and manage data for large-scale analysis. \nStrong understanding of statistical analysis methods and how to apply them to social data. \nAptitude\nProblem-Solving:\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. \nCommunication:\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data findings in a clear and accessible way to non-technical stakeholders. \nAttention to Detail:\nAbility to maintain accuracy while managing and analyzing large volumes \n Sector Experience:\nExperience in the social sector or with M&E projects is a plus, though not mandatory\nBenefits\nWhy Join 4th Wheel?\nAt 4th Wheel, we value innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
